🏙️ First Stop: Burns Road – The Heartbeat of Karachi Food Culture



We kicked things off at the legendary Burns Road, where every street corner tells a story — mostly through aroma. I started with a steaming plate of Nihari served with hot naan and garnished with fresh coriander, green chilies, and a squeeze of lemon. Heaven in a bite! 🥵

Next up: Chana Chaat – tangy, spicy, and perfect to wake up those tastebuds. The guy at the stall had been serving it for over 15 years!

🍗 Gol Gappay & Bun Kebab – Karachi’s Classic Bites



Of course, no street food vlog (or blog!) in Karachi is complete without gol gappay. Crispy shells filled with spicy water, chana, and tangy chutney — the kind of chaos you want in your mouth!

And let’s talk about the king of roadside snacks – Bun Kebab. I tried the iconic Waheed Kebab House burger — grilled on charcoal, stuffed with spicy beef patty and chutney, wrapped in a buttery soft bun. It’s messy. It’s magical. It’s SO Karachi. 🍔🔥

🧁 Sweet Endings in Saddar

To wrap up the journey, we stopped at Saddar’s Fresco Sweets for jalebi — fresh out of the oil, golden orange, crispy and dipped in sugar syrup. Paired with chai, it was the perfect end to our night of indulgence.
